Demolition of existing single story extension and house completely stripped.

New modern two story extension to rear of house. 

All new A rated sash windows to match existing victorian style.

Complete new re wire, plumbing and heating system. 

All new interior joinery matched to existing Victorian style eg. Stairs, skirting, window surrounds and doors.

New timber floors throughout the house.

Natural limestone fireplace surrounds.

Complete new modern kitchen and wardrobes. 

Landscaping front and back garden.
